The
Temora Show Society welcomes everyone to come and enjoy the spectacular entertainment and fun.
With side show alley, roving entertainment acts and the many fine exhibits and displays spread
around the ground, a good time is definitely assured. A wide range of agricultural produce, craft,
art and cooking exhibits are available for viewing at the Agriculture Pavilion.
Horse events include Olympic Jumping and
Clydesdales. A.P.S.B and A.W.S.B exhibits and events and mini harness racing for
Shetlands under 10.2 hands and ponies under 13 hands.
EPA judged poultry, A 3 ringed judged cat show, vintage car display,
Antique engines and vintage tractor pull and a farm animal petting zoo are
just some of the entertainment on offer.
Alcohol is available with a bar on ground as well as a variety of fast food
stalls. If a sit down meal or morning/afternoon tea is preferred,
visit our food pavilion.
The Temora Quickshear Competition is one of the finest around with top shearers
competing for trophies and big prize money. Getting bigger and better each year,
shearers are coming from all over the State and our Quickshear competition is now
becoming a major draw card.
Proud of its agricultural history, the Temora Show Society’s Annual Shows has
been running continuously since 1885. We welcome you to come and enjoy the country
atmosphere and sample all the delights of all we have to offer.
The Temora Show is a regional agriculture show held the 4th Saturday of
September each year with a wide range of local exhibits, ring events along
with side shows and amusements for the children.
Entry Fees: Adults $10, Pensioners $5, Children 12 – 16 years $5 &
Children under 12 are Free.
PARKING & VEHICLE ACCESS
1. To park in a designated Disabled Parking space, an authorised disabled sticker must be displayed in the vehicle.
2. All vehicles must vacate non-parking and pedestrian areas prior to 9am on show day.
3. Disabled persons or Aged persons with special needs should contact the Secretary to discuss options.
4. All persons attending the show are to follow the directions of the volunteer Gate Keepers, volunteer Parking
Marshals and relevant signage.
CAMPING
1. All camping inquiries and bookings are to go through the Caretaker on 0269 771801
2. All campers must produce a receipt of payment for camping fees when requested.
3. Campers are required to pay a show day entry fee per person. If a show entry wrist band is not worn on show
day you may be asked to pay or to leave the showground.
ENTRY TO SHOWGROUND
1.Entry wrist bands will be provided when entry fees are paid, prior to or on show day.
2. Wristbands are to be WORN at all times during show day. Once removed the wristband becomes null & void.
3. Anyone not wearing a wristband while inside the showground will be asked to pay or leave the showground.
4. THERE ARE NO FREE ENTRIES TO THE SHOW - EVERY ONE PAYS.
